I use Photoshop CS2 and CS3

I use my one that I made :)
but sometimes I change it so it looks like new PSD! but you can find good PSD  in different psd’s blogs.

How to post gif on tumblr?

If you want to post a gif, you must make sure that your gif is no bigger than 1mb and no wider than 500 pixels. and i load file into stack and make gif hahah. but you can find a detailed description in google
